Yes, we sell exclusively private proxies.
We provide mobile proxies from four Polish mobile carriers: T-Mobile, Orange, Play, and Plus.
You can configure the settings to change IP automatically after a specified time interval, or you can disable IP auto-change and only change it via a link. All changes are made in the chat with the manager.
You can select any interval when setting up IP auto-change, but not less than 1 minute. You can change the IP via the link no more than once every 30 seconds.
Yes, the connection breaks every time the IP address is changed, and the proxy is unavailable for 5-20 seconds. This is routine practice.
The reason is that, unlike the standard practice of our competitors, when the client receives an instant “OK” text response from the server after clicking on the link to change the IP, which means that the request to change the IP has been sent, we have a different function, which notifies the user that the IP address has changed. This actually works like this: you follow the link to change the IP, and it loads in your browser for 5-20 seconds until the IP finally changes. You will see the message “IP changed!” on the screen. This allows the client to understand exactly when the IP address has changed, and they can continue browsing.
We do have this feature, but it compares the IP addresses before and after the change. If they match, the request to change the IP is sent again. We do not have a unique IP feature that prevents repetition of IP addresses for a long period of time (for example, so that you are assigned a new IP address that has not been assigned to you within the last 24 hours every time you change IP).
Proxies run the HTTP and SOCKS5 protocols, UDP is supported on the SOCKS5 protocol. Unfortunately, we do not provide OpenVPN config.
Unfortunately, this option is not yet available on our Polish proxies.
Our proxies support 200 to 450 TCP connections, but there are no restrictions on the number of TCP connections; it depends on the hardware characteristics of the device used to create the proxy.
All of our proxies have a Linux fingerprint (2.2.x-3.x), which is similar to the fingerprint used in Android mobile phones. You cannot change the fingerprint.

Yes, it can. We sell proxies in two countries at the moment: Belarus and Poland. Therefore, we can swith your proxy from one country to another. All you need is to contact out tech support, and we will provide you with a new proxy with a different geolocation. You can take advantage of this option no more than twice a day provided there are free proxies from another country in the store.
Yes, you are free redistribute the proxy validity periods as you wish, increasing or cutting the number of proxies. For example, you may have 2 proxies paid for 10 days each. You can combine their validity and get one proxy for 20 days. Another example: you can have one proxy for 9 days, which you can split into 3 different proxies for 3 days each — of course, provided the availability of free proxies in the store. You can take advantage of this option no more than once a day.
Yes, we do. If you invite a client, we are ready to pay you $5 for each proxy purchased by them within a month. You can contact the manager on Telegram for details: @instahobs.

If you need to change your username and/or password for a proxy, contact our manager in Telegram, and they will reset your credentials for the ones you need or for random ones. You can also reset the link to change the IP address.
In case of instabilities in the proxy operation (severe speed drops, IP cannot be changed, proxies are invalid) that we fail to solve for more than 24 hours, the client can demand a refund for the period when the proxies were unstable, as well as for the entire remaining paid period of the proxy validity. The client can also demand a refund if the problems were resolved but then occurred again, and the number of failures was 3 or more within 24 hours. In all other cases, refunds are not possible.
No, we don’t make refunds without a reason. The refund conditions are specified in the refund policy, and we do not have the “pause” option either. However, we can disable your proxies, and the funds equal to the number of unused paid days will remain on your balance. You will be able to spend them in the future on any proxies in our service.
We allow the use of our proxy servers only for legitimate purposes. If our proxies are used for any illegal activity, we will disable them without refund.
